This Privacy Notice explains how Cyclo-Flo' ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through cycloflo.com. We are based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We keep this simple and collect only what we need to share music, respond to you, and run a small merch store.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, and a little that is gathered automatically:
- Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you send us.
- Mailing list and fan sign-up: your name, email address, and any social handles you add.
- Store orders: details needed to fulfil a purchase, such as name, shipping address, and email. Payment is handled by our payment and fulfilment partners; we do not store your full card details.
- Automatic data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, gathered through cookies or similar tools where enabled.
How we use your information
- To reply to your messages and enquiries.
- To send updates about new music, releases, and merch, where you have signed up.
- To process, fulfil, and support store orders.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
We rely on your consent for marketing emails, and on the need to perform a contract when you place an order. You can withdraw consent at any time.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and store, and only as needed. These include our website host, email and form handling, print-on-demand and fulfilment (for merch), music platforms, and payment processors. Some of these providers may process data outside Canada; where that happens, we take reasonable steps for it to be handled responsibly. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them for basic site function and, where enabled, for embedded players (such as Bandcamp, Spotify, or YouTube) and simple analytics. Keeping information safe
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to safeguard what you share.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
